Hello,
My dad bought me a new Ranger in high school and I've had it ever since (bought other vehicles as well over the years, but kept the 94 Ranger to haul my mountain bike, etc.) Has close to 200k miles with no major problems (had to replace clutch, brake pads, etc., at some point due to the wear and tear on an old truck). The driver's seatbelt sometimes latches, sometimes doesn't. Is it possible to switch the latch with the passenger side's latch? (I don't carry passengers in the truck - use my car instead if needed).
