I’m in process of buying a 2016 titanium HB. One of the issues is the mirror is off and owner said it fell off, I tried to see what is wrong but can’t figure it out.
It has the sensors and some plastic around them that the mirror fits inside … the mirror has a metal bracket roundish shape… it seems to mount to an area but is too big and doesn’t seem to have something that would tighten or hold it.

anyone have an idea?

I will complete purchase tomorrow and upload pictures if that might help

You drive a submarine?
Then the Rear view mirror is new to you...[driving][drummer]

As for us, "Lane keep" and it's glass mount is broken - wow - ok we'll need pictures to help with this.

Several methods can be used but the main one is the alignment of the sensors once the units been knocked off like that - might send errors and may make the car drive erratic. Then, you will have to see a Windshield Glass Shop or some alignment shop to help realign the sensors so they work right. It might cost a buck or two but if you have insurance - like full coverage - this might be free.

IN fact it may be easier to have them remount the mirror onto the glass for you; for if the windshield has been changed, this can apply as a claim and they will do the install - align and maintain it for you.

Yes I use to drive submarines (I’m now retired but US Navy)

I guess somehow I posted to fiesta instead of focus … I’m buying focus titanium 2016… I will take pictures … lane keep electronics are fine, it is just the weird bracket for mirror in the electronic area that includes the working lane keep.

I’ll try to figure out why im
In fiesta and not focus and will share pics
